Privacy

All athlete data processed by the AI Assistant is handled with privacy in mind. Workout plans, training history, and personal athlete information are never stored or retained by external AI model providers (such as OpenAI) — data sent for generation purposes is used solely to produce the response and is not persisted on their side.

Athlete and coach memory, including training context, preferences, and historical performance data, is stored exclusively within the Good Coach App service. This data is retained for as long as the athlete or coach maintains an active account, ensuring continuity of personalized coaching over time. Upon account deletion, all associated athlete data is permanently removed from the system.
