You don't need this page for everyday use. It explains how the app decides, on its own, to connect a workout from your watch to the right workout plan — handy if something didn't connect the way you expected, and useful for coaches who want the details.
After you finish a workout, the step that shapes what comes next is letting your coach know how it went. For most workouts, you can do this quickly and easily, right from your calendar.
The calendar screen allows the addition of workout plans for the day and the completion of workouts by athletes. It also allows coaches and athletes to add notes. Statistics for the week are also available. In addition, in the iOS and Android apps, on the last day of the month, year, mesocycle and macrocycle, statistics for that particular period are available.
A workout completion is the athlete's record of a finished workout. It is always connected to a specific workout plan, so the coach can see the plan and how it actually went together on a single calendar tile.
