Training break

A coach or athlete can add a training break to the calendar. This is a period of time when the athlete is not available to complete the training plan. The training break can be added for a specific day or for a longer period of time.

The training break should have one of the following types:

  • Injury
  • Illness
  • Recovery
  • Travel
  • Personal issues
  • Work commitments
  • Weather conditions
  • Other

The training break will also include information if the athlete cannot train at all, or can train with some limitations.

Users will also see the training break in the mobile application. The training break will be shown in the calendar as the first tile.
