Information for the athlete

In the "Information for the athlete" section, the coach, after selecting a specific athlete, has the ability to add information that the athlete will be able to read, as well as information that will only be visible to the coach.

For the coach, this section is available in two places:

• In the left side menu, the "Information for athlete" option with the "i" icon.
• From the athlete's calendar - next to the athlete's name in the upper left corner you will see an "i" icon, which takes you to the "Information for the athlete" section.

This takes you to a screen where you can see the tabs and add any information about the athlete.

In addition, it is possible to add files to the tabs that the athlete can download.

The padlock icon visible next to the name of the bookmark indicates that the tab is not visible to the athlete.

To add a new tab, edit or delete an existing tab, or change the order of tabs, select the "Settings" button visible at the top right of the screen. This takes you to the next screen "Tabs settings" .

Multiple tabs can be added.

To add a new tab, select the "Add" button shown at the top right of the screen. A box will appear with a field to enter the name of the new tab and a checkbox "Private tab". If the checkbox is ticked, the tab will not be visible to the athlete.

To edit an existing tab, select the pencil icon visible next to the selected tab. Once selected, a window will open similar to adding a new tab.

To delete a tab, select the "x" icon visible next to the selected tab.

It is also possible to change the order in which the tabs are displayed. To do this, you need to grab and hold the icon with the image of the four bars. Moving the icon and dropping it to the desired place results in a change of order.

Selecting the "Back" button in the top right corner results in a return to the "Information for the athlete" screen.

To edit the text of a tab, click on the content field, and the cursor will appear. It is possible to format the text using the tools visible under the tab names.

The content entered in this tab is automatically saved every few seconds.

In the web application on the left side of the screen you can view the history of the athlete's competitions and all the assessments they have completed.
