Raports

Reports is a section dedicated to statistical data on the training results of individual athletes.

Reports are available to coaches and athletes from two places in the app:

  • the side menu item "Reports"
  • the athlete's calendar - the chart icon next to the athlete's name in the top left of the screen

The data on the "Reports" screen is available for the selected athlete.

In the top left corner of the screen there is the option to select another athlete from the drop-down list.

When entering the reports screen, the selected chart from the list of available reports is displayed by default.

The displayed report can be modified based on parameters:

  • time - a drop-down list with predefined ranges and options: "Maximum date range" selects the period from the athlete's start of training to the present day, "Custom" where it is possible to select any range in the past by selecting a period on the calendar that appears,
  • primary chart - the type of data appearing first,
  • additional chart (optional) - a second type of data displayed on the chart - types as in the basic chart, except that both cannot be the same,
  • period - range of aggregation of data on the chart, inclusion: daily, weekly, monthly.

It is possible to select reports from the following types:

  • Distance
  • Duration (main training)
  • Duration (supplementary training)
  • Average pace
  • Overtraining
  • Average heart rate
  • Minimum average heart rate
  • Maximum average heart rate
  • Training intensity
  • Training load
  • Training load (RPE)
  • Relative Fatigue (rTFF)
  • Fatigue trend
  • Fatigue over 21 days (TFF)
  • Fatigue over 5 days (TFF)
  • Training quality
  • Training monotony
  • Training strain
  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Power
  • Maximum power
  • Threshold power

Data such as training monotony and overtraining cannot be presented on a daily basis.

Once the above parameters have been selected, select the 'Show' button to display the recalculated graph.

Above the graph is a legend. The Y-axes are labelled with the scale name and the type of data to which they relate. Below the graph is an explanation of the data presented in the basic graph.
